The custom-built multi-level home features a 28x38 square foot great room with gas fireplace, bar, and an open fully-equipped kitchen.
Rest comfortably on a queen bed in the upper level master bedroom, equipped with cathedral ceilings, a private deck, and an en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.
The lower level has three bedrooms, a full bath, and a family room that opens out to the outdoors. Two guest bedrooms offer queen beds, while the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Beaches, ponds, Washburn Island are not more than five miles away. Minutes from great restaurants and shopping in downtown scenic Falmouth and Mashpee Commons.
Currently, this lovely home is being freshened up with new furniture and paint, so you will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive for your vacation here! There will be new interior paint, great room and kitchen floors re-finished, new great room furniture, fireplace updated and the downstairs bathroom remodeled.
