It's the perfect location to enjoy the best of Amagansett and East Hampton. You can enjoy meals inside and out using the chefs kitchen with Viking range, custom white oak dining table, or al fresco on the generous deck with gas grill. Spend sunny days outside with outdoor shower, a safely fenced-in 16' x 36' saltwater pool with a brand new stone pool deck set in the spacious backyard with a play structure and room for sports, quiet space for reading on the front porch, and bikes for use by the whole family as well as well as weights in the basement.

Bedrooms all have new luxury mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets and include 2 en suite king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms including a first floor queen bedroom with en suite bathroom (with walk in shower), and an upstairs twin bunkbed room perfect for kids (with bunkbeds sturdy enough for grownups). The house also has a private upstairs study with a comfortable queen sofa bed.
