A multi year gut renovation took this Mid Century Modern home in to the 21st century. Modern Cape is now ready to welcome you to a quiet oasis of inside/outside summer living.
Open living/dining with generous deck and outdoor BBQ area. Oversized windows, central air, excellent wi-fi, and every modern amenity.
Enjoy inside/outside living with oversized windows and an open concept living room, dining room and chefs kitchen. A stone set BBQ patio and the wooden deck just off the living room offers the option of both inside and outside dining.
The main floor features three bedroom and three baths.
The king size bed in the master bedroom suite faces the sitting area and the triple window looking out towards the private back garden. A generously proportioned Albert & Victoria freestanding soaking tub and oversized walk in shower completes the spa like feel of the en suite master bathroom.
The second bedroom, also with an en suite bath, offers a queen size bed with private garden views, and a daybed perfect for leisurely afternoon naps. Wall mounted flatscreen TV in both of the main bedrooms.
The third bedroom on the main floor is a smaller bedroom currently set up with a crib. Adjoining is a separate bath with a windowed walk in shower and striking black tiles.
On the lower level the fourth bedroom has its own separate entrance, and its own private patio. Set up with a very comfortable oversized custom twin sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and a desk, this room is perfect for the guest who wants some additional privacy or needs to do some on line work from home. A windowed bathroom with a walk in shower, and a small undercounted fridge completes this separate bedroom suite.
We have taken great care to use material with low VOC in the house. The HVAC system have HEPA filters.
There is a water filtration system for the whole house, and an additional filtration for drinking water located in the smaller faucet on the kitchen island.
Absolutely no pets or smoking is allowed at the house.
Located on a quiet private road just a few minutes walk to the center of Woods Hole town, Nobska and MBL Beaches. Private parking available on the property for guests.
