This newly remodeled Soundfront home sleeps up to 8 and is designed for groups who want space, privacy, and direct access to the beach. The property sits directly on the sand, with expansive water views from multiple rooms and outdoor areas.
The main living level includes an open kitchen, dining area, and living room oriented toward the Sound, along with a fireplace and TV. Multiple seating areas allow guests to spread out comfortably throughout the home.
Additional indoor amenities include a second TV and family room, a game room, a dedicated workout room, and a private sauna. Bedrooms are arranged across multiple levels to provide separation and privacy for families or groups traveling together.
Outdoor living features a large waterfront deck, lounge seating, a gas grill, and a hot and cold outdoor shower. The beach is just steps from the deck, with nearby access to a playground and walking areas along the shoreline.
