Positive: The house is fantastic, deceiving as it's much bigger than I imagined and set in amazing grounds for the type of house and location - I'm an OCD clean freak and this place met my expectations along with great products in the bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and amenities. The location is awesome right next door to the best coffee shop and then Goldbergs the best deli ever so honestly you can go wrong with this place. Because it was off season and cold wether the price of the property reflected that

Negative: This is my only complaint, and it's not a refelction of the property or hosts but it does need to be addressed. I arrived at midnight it was pitch dark outside and no outside lighting to the propety had been turned on. I was also alone and have never been to this town before to stay so its unfamiliar, the GPS (Waze and Maps ) both take you to the wrong location to an Medical Emergency facility located behind the street where the house is. I drove around for an hour looking for the house and couldn't get GPS to direct me. I went into the ER facility and they said they didn't know the street where the house was located and it was a little disconcerting to say the least. Eveutually I found the house, its right behind a law office called 'Matthews, Krst, Cooley & Choron' on the main road, If this location was included in the arrival directions I could have found it instantly. I recommend the host including this in the arrival instructions, especially for those arriving when it's dark. Then when I did get to the property it was really challenging to unlock the lockbox which was super stiff, so spent another 20 minutes trying desperately to open the lock box. This had been reported by previous guests on the review page so a new lock box and better arrival instructions would make this stay faultless. But the place and grounds are the best and the host management company responded quickly to other questions. My work trip was seamless and very good due to the best accommodation. I will definitely return
