This home, formerly known by local residents as "The Titanic,' was divided into an upstairs/downstairs duplex in the 1970s and lovingly restored to preserve its charm. This upstairs unit features two bedrooms (one with a King bed and one Queen bed), a bathroom with walk in shower, a full kitchen that opens to the spacious living room and a private balcony.
There is a separate unit downstairs, and the foyer is shared between the units. However, the upstairs unit and balconey are all yours and are entirely private.
