The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Platinum FL will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. •Please note that stays of more than 21 nights require an additional $69 property damage protection insurance fee, with an additional $69 charged for every additional 21-day period.
