No TV and very limited cell phone signal. This is where you come to really get away from it all. The entire area is surrounded by army corps of engineer land were there are countless hiking, walking and riding trails. Great neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors that are always happy to update you in the local fishing reports. Minutes way from fishing Creek and Hester's ferry boat ramp/campground. U can get there without ever hitting a main road. If you have four wheel drive, there's also three primitive gravel boat landings right in the neighborhood. You will find many of the locals riding around in golf carts or side by sides. Just ask one of them and they will probably give u directions to the nearest sandy beach to swim or grill out. The driveway and gate will accommodate a long bed pickup and 20ft boat trailer but you will probably need to back in since there's not much room to turn around. The bungalow has a full bathroom with stand up shower. Full size refrigerator stove, microwave and tiny coffee pot. bring your own coffee. also some cooking utensils. A window unit is provided in the master bedroom which keeps the place at a cool 74° if the door is kept closed. The ceilings are just under 7 foot so extremely tall guest will want to keep that in mind. A fire pit and grill is provided if u want to bring your own wood. The entire quarter acre property is fenced in and gated so you can bring a small dog and let it run free.
