The Space:
Celebrate bike week and biketoberfest at this beautifully decorated and newly renovated condo located right in the middle of Destination Daytona! Spacious living area with new furniture and a fully equipped chefs kitchen. The master bedroom has a new, comfy king bed. and private bath. The entire unit has new carpet throughout and all smart tvs.
Please note, due to safety reasons, seasonings and spices are not provided.
Guest Access:
Guests must first go to the Clarion Inn and give their name and where they are staying in order to receive keycards that will allow access to the elevator and stairs of Building 1, as well as the pool.
The Neighborhood:
Destination Daytona is located on the world famous Bruce Rossmeyer's Daytona Harley-Davidson property. It is home to Bikeweek and Biketoberfest each year, along with a multitude of other events and concerts. The property contains a massive Harley-Davidson showroom, along with specialty shops like Divine Leather, Giant Recreation World, Ormond Cigar Company and many others. There are also plenty of dining and entertainment options on-site, including Open Road Cafe, Colt's Pig Stand, Houligan's, and Saints & Sinners. The property is minutes from the Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach. It is also only an hour drive to historic St. Augustine or the family fun of Orlando.
Getting Around:
Once you enter Destination Daytona, use the entrance by Colts Bbq, off Hwy US1 and 95South.
Turn left at the first stop sign.
Go across the parking lot and drive straight up to Building 1, which is 1653 US. 1. FIRST YOU MUST GO TO THE CLARION TO GET KEYCARDS TO ACCESS THE ELEVATOR.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 25 to rent.
Keycards are required from the Clarion Inn to access the elevator and stairs of Building 1, as well as the pool.
The complex is NON-Smoking, but there is a designated smoking area with benches and ashtrays located on the groundfloor, next to the elevator.
