This newly remodeled (2024) 3 bedroom 1 bath home is clean and modern featuring 2 bedrooms on the main floor along with a living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. The lower level has a family room and 3rd bedroom with egress along with a laundry room with washer dryer. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joe's is just a short walk away.

House is located in the Harter Heights area of South Bend which is on the south side of campus, Eddy Street Commons and Trader Joes are just a short walk away. Down town South Bend and the UP Mall are both within a 10-15 min drive.

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
