You've got a perfect beach and ocean view that extends all the way across Wailua Bay. Just follow the stairs and you're on the sand in about two minutes. Shopping and dining are practically on your doorstep. It's only a couple minutes walk to sushi, burgers, or pizza, there's a convenience store quite close, and other shopping and dining choices are nearby too. The main shopping area in old Kapa'a, chock full of adorable shops, local crafts, great places to eat, is two miles away. You can hoof it if you'd like, it takes a half hour at a pretty good call for an uber, if you don't have a rental car. Centrally located so you can easily explore the whole you decide to just stay in and enjoy the private lanai and comfortable bed and work on your tan at the beach!
This beach view one bedroom, one bath condo on the top floor has a private lanai overlooking Wailua Bay. There's endless entertainment watching the waves, the surfers, monk seals, and even whales. If you fancy a stroll or a swim, it's just moments to head down to the beach, literally just feet from your door. The Wailua River is only minutes away if you plan on taking a boat ride to Fern Grotto or paddling a kayak upriver.
You'll find one bedroom with a comfortable king bed. There's a full bathroom with tub and shower. The living room is furnished with your relaxation in mind so the couch is oversized and comfy, the television is large, and there's plenty of lighting for reading or playing games or you can dim it down to look out the windows at the moonlight on the ocean. But if you want to shut out any traffic sounds or crowing roosters, you can sleep quiet and cool in air-conditioned comfort. There's bar seating for two at the kitchen counter, as well as a little dining area which easily does double-duty as a place to work for one or two people (enjoy the fabulous view while you work or turn around and make everyone soooo jealous on your zoom meetings by showing THEM the view instead). For your entertainment, there's free wifi, and a large flat screen television. Washer and dryer provided in the unit. AIR CONDITIONING is available throughout the entire you probably won't need it. With the lanai sliding glass door open, the ocean breezes come through and keep the entire condo refreshingly cool. This central location on the Coconut Coast makes travel to the north or south shore a convenient day trip without too much driving.
