Welcome to the Pink Horse House! Gorgeous views on this 25 acre working horse ranch with private pond. The ranch house is 1440 sf and is the entire top floor ( note you will be climbing stairs to the living area) with a 12'x16' front porch deck and a 60'x12' back deck overlooking the covered arena and main pastures rolling down to the ponds. There is outdoor seating and a steel fire pit for nighttime relaxing & a gas grille & a charcoal grille . The ranch is a working ranch and the horses will be cared for daily, but the tack and feed room are downstairs separate from any living areas.
NO Smoking property.
The house maximum occupancy is 4 people, and you must be over 24 to rent the house . The master suite has a luxurious King size bed and an oversized shower and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with a small room with a full size bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa also. The 2nd bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Living room and Dining room with small breakfast bar provides plenty of seating.
High end towels and linens are provided. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Spices ,cooking oils, etc. We have a K cup coffee machine , microwave, stove.
We have high speed Starlink WIFI. TV in the master bedroom and living room. There is a coded door lock for your convenience.
We have lots of wildlife. But only 1 mile to convenience store and shopping, and only 3 miles to the city of Geneva with cute antique stores and local restaurants. Just over an hour to the beaches of Panama City, Destin, 30A,etc.
Fresh Spring Water straight from the tap and amazing stars at night are two huge benefits of the ranch house.
