Sapphire Condo 707 is a privately owned condo located on the 7th floor of the most luxurious condominiums on South Padre Island. The condos are located directly on the beach! We also have TWO BALCONIES! Our OCEAN SIDE BALCONY (Gulf of Mexico) offers spectacular views of the Gulf and is accessed from the sliding doors inside the condo!! OUR PRIVATE bay-side balcony on the opposite side of the building across the outside hall offers a beautiful sunset over the Laguna Madre Bay (part of the Intracoastal Waterway), view of the Queen Isabella Causeway Bridge looking back toward Port Isabel and view of SpaceX when it's launch-time!.
Professionally decorated, the condo provides a warm, relaxing and stress-free environment. A FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen will turn even the less experienced cook into a master chef! The LIVING ROOM includes a SMART TV and cable! If you choose to use a streaming service such as Netflix, etc. bring your login information with you and continue binge watching your favorites! (Just remember to log out!) We provide secured high speed wireless internet too!
We are a three bedroom, two bath luxury condo looking out to the Gulf of Mexico! The only things that separates you from the beach is the swimming pool! All three bedrooms are set up for your sleeping pleasure and offer Flat Screen TVs, DVD Players and ceiling fans! See more about these rooms below!
The MASTER BEDROOM offers a superbly comfortable king size bed with a view of the Gulf through the large picture window (You won't want to get out of bed!)! The large MASTER BATH provides two sinks, spacious walk-in shower, jetted tub and closet. There is a Flat Screen TV and DVD player in the master bedroom as well!
GUEST BEDROOM #2 has two queen size beds, large dresser and exceptionally large walk in closet! You will also find your own Flat Screen TV and DVD player there as well!
GUEST BEDROOM #3 has twin bunk beds, a chest of drawers, desk (do you really want to work when on vacation???), Flat Screen TV and DVD Player!
Our GUEST BATHROOM off the main hall is huge! It offers two separate sinks, plenty of cabinets/storage, beach towels and combination shower/tub!
Sapphire's amenities make this a very popular vacation destination for families. In addition to the beach and all its related activities; Sapphire offers a spectacular 300' swimming pool, a game room equipped with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and pin ball machines. The Sapphire also features a business center, wine room and a 24 seat theater room (rent one of theirs or bring your own - reservations required.) A very well equipped fitness center and a world class spa (Sapphire Spa - appointments recommended) are also available on the first floor.
A UTILITY ROOM is located in the unit with washer and dryer. We also provide an ironing board and iron, blow-dryers in both bathrooms, steam mop, vacuum cleaner! Additionally, we provide board games, video library and books! You will also find a DVD player in each bedroom!
BONUS: We also provide beach chairs, sand/beach toys for the little ones (or the grown-ups...) and a cooler on wheels! The closet in Guest Bedroom #3 is packed with ALL THE FUN STUFF for the beach! Rental chairs and umbrellas are available through the concierge or directly on the beach!
OUR GUEST LOVE that we provide STARTER PACKS with toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc. We ALSO PROVIDE shower gel, shampoo and conditioner - so you don't have to pack yours if you don't want to! We actually offer SO MANY EXTRA AMENITIES inside the condo - we just can't name them all! You have to SEE AND EXPERIENCE to believe!
Conveniently located just over the causeway on South Padre Island, and within walking distance of the SPI shuttle depot! Once you get here.....you won't want to leave!
As The Sapphire is a RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY! Please review our lease agreement and property rules and regulations before reserving. After reserving, you will receive an email with our required Property Forms: Guest Sign in Form and Property Rules and Regulations. Both of these must be completed and signed and returned to us within 48 hours of reserving the property. You will then receive our Welcome Packet which will include a generic copy of our Lease Agreement and Check-out Procedures.
