Beach access is right outside your front door - just cross the street and you'll see it! Have your morning coffee at the table and chairs on the terrace by your entrance. Read the paper and enjoy the people going by - walking, jogging, or riding bicycles. The City of Cape Canaveral has put in a bike path that runs right in front of our place and is shared by the pedestrian sidewalk.
You will also see many people walking their dogs as the neighborhood, and our unit is perfect for pets under 20lbs.
