## Your Stay
This is one of the only newly built townhouse projects within walking distance of Universal Studios. You're not staying in some converted apartment or old house split into rooms. This is a real, modern, ground-up construction townhouse with your own private entrance and a two-car garage that locks behind you. It's secure, it's clean, and it's yours for the stay.
The place is spread across three floors with four patios, so there's no shortage of space to spread out. The ground floor has a big living area that's great for movie nights or just hanging around after a long day. Step outside to the garden patio with sofa seating and remote-controlled cafe lights overhead. On a warm evening after a day at Universal, this is where everyone ends up, shoes off, drinks in hand, talking about the rides and the things they saw.
Upstairs, every bedroom has high-end beds and bedding, blackout curtains, and its own TV with streaming. After a full day in LA, nobody is fighting over who gets the good bed. They're all good. Queen beds in the primary rooms, twins in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa setup in the fourth for extra guests. You'll sleep well here.
The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and there's a Keurig plus a drip coffee machine for the mornings. USB chargers next to every bed, fast WiFi throughout, board games and cards if the kids (or adults) want a screen break. We thought about the little things so you don't have to.
