This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. This home has an air circulation system for humidity control. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

Summary: It doesn't get any better than this in Breckenridge. Nothing between this house and the slopes. Perfect view, high in the mountain but less than a five minute drive to main street. Less than a two minute walk to a private stop to get on and off the gondola. This house is loaded with amenities. Professional kitchen with two ovens, three coffie makers, spice rack, sugar, flour, cooking oil, aluminum foil, zip lock bags and all the extras. Two washers and dryers with laundry detergent. The house is loaded with everthing you need. Blow dryers, lotion, full-size shampoo and conditioner in every bath. This house even comes with an oxygen machine. Hot tub, outdoor grill, heated garage with ski boot warmers. Walk out the back door to hiking trails. We looked on Realtor.com and this is a six million dollar house. There are more expensive houses in Breckenridge but none with a better location. Jason was on top of everything and responded instantly. but truly we needed nothing. Everything was perfect.
