Positive: The house itself was very clean and well kept.

Negative: It seems the property hadn't been visited very often. When we first walked in, we were greeted by 2 smoke detectors that were low on battery life. Listening to the beeping drove me crazy and I had to take them down until we left, as changing the battery didn't make them stop! Also, I tried to get in touch with someone about checking in and no one answered the phone...Ever.
