No breed restrictions
No cats allowed
Unattended pets must be crated
Unauthorized animals may incur additional fees and/or termination of stay.
📜 RENTAL AGREEMENT & HOUSE RULES
Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the property for a violation of the Agreement.
NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS are allowed without written permission from the host.
If house rules are not followed, non-punitive charges may include (but are not limited to):
$500 for each unauthorized animal
$500 smoking remediation fee if any smoking occurs inside the property
Minimum of one night’s stay if late check-out goes beyond 10:00 AM EST
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr) for staff hours related to:
Odor removal due to smoke or other causes
Fines, citations, and penalties
Replacement of missing or moved items
Damages not covered by damage waiver
Stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance calls, pay-per-view purchases
Tampering with equipment (air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers, etc.)
Extra cleaning (including due to illness) and similar acts/omissions
$500 minimum charge for plumbing repairs due to improper usage (flushing anything besides toilet paper can cause a backup)
