This home overlooks a lake and the golf course, with occasional views of local wildlife. Your vacation home patio is paradise. The neighborhood is bordered by the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge which is great for biking, hiking, bird watching and more. The big bonus is that you are a very short drive to the beaches of South Padre Island.
As a guest, you will also have full access to the neighborhood amenities including 2 swimming pools, a PGA Golf Course (fees required), tennis courts, pickleball court, a workout room and the club house restaurant.
Laguna Vista is 5 miles from the quaint and historic town of Port Isabel. Shop, dine, visit the beautiful light house, enjoy a local brew at Hopper Haus, take in one of the fun attractions, or simply fish off the pier with the kids. As you cross the Queen Isabella causeway you get scenic views of this South Texas gem and Space-X but the best part is that it takes you to the white sandy beach of sunny South Padre Island where the fun begins.

The master suite has a king size bed, and there is a queen bed in bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 also has a queen bed. Great space for family and friends to have a relaxing getaway!
