The Space:
Welcome to our charming industrial farmhouse where the exposed piping, vintage lighting, rustic décor cleverly contrasted with the warm inviting living area and kitchen pay homage to the vast history surrounding San Antonio. You’ll be enveloped in the city but feel like you're in a small hometown. Natural lighting illuminates this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The master bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom features a Queen, and the third walk-through bedroom adjacent to the kitchen has two Queen beds. The living area is equipped with plenty of seating for you and your guests with a Queen size pull out sleeper sofa and 2 plush chairs centered on a 50" SmartTV. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, but for those nights you don’t want to cook, you will be in arms reach of many wonderful restaurants for take out to enjoy on the back patio in the private backyard with pool! No matter the season, you’ll be able to enjoy the backyard whether that’s entertaining on the deck, playing under the shade of our mature trees, or taking a dip in the pool. Free wifi, pet friendly with fee.

Guest Access:
Thee house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This home is on the west side of downtown San Antonio, with easy access to shopping, restaurants and attractions
Getting Around:
This is a residential area so driving is recommended. Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
There is a shed located behind the home where our local manager keeps yard equipment and supplies. He may access the backyard and shed occasionally to retrieve items. We will notify guests in advance if he accesses the shed during a stay.
