This light filled, private unit is located on the top floor of a small, privately owned 4 unit building that’s nestled in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood of Grant Park - the perfect city location with lots of big trees & skyline views!
The property is super walkable to whatever you’re in the mood for!! Go a few blocks in one direction and you’ll get to Zoo Atlanta! Go a few blocks in the other direction and you’ll get to the beautiful Oakland Cemetery – have a meal & a drink on the roof top of Six Feet Under for a great view of the city skyline across the beautiful monuments!! Also walkable are parks, shops, the Beltline, Krog Street Market, Grant Park Market – we really are in the heart of it all!!
If you would like to head downtown to some of the city’s major attractions you can take a quick drive to go explore the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, CNN Center, Georgia Aquarium, or the World of Coke.
If you would like to venture to another part of town for an evening out or a corporate meeting and you don't want to drive or haven't secured a vehicle, Uber & Lyft are always readily available!!
We are pet owners as well and love to be able to take our 'kids' on vacation with us so we welcome well trained pets on a case by case basis. The neighborhood has sidewalks for easy morning walks or we are also just up the street (literally) from the great Grant Park open green space which is perfect for the well behaved dog who likes to chase a tennis ball! We do have an additional pet deposit with the security deposit as well as additional cleaning fees. The pet deposit is fully refundable according to the guest agreement.
If you need additional space in the same area, you may want to consider also renting the other unit that is also available on VRBO in this building 😊. Adding the additional space does increase the charges & is only an option if the space is not already booked for the dates of your stay. For additional information about that space please reference property #1703368. All of the units are fully self-sufficient and do not have need to interact with each other so, please don't worry about anyone getting in the other's way or space!

• Absolutely no illegal drugs on or near the property – whether being consumed, sold or stored (nor any legal drugs being used illegally). This includes in your vehicle. Please note that marijuana is illegal in Georgia.
• No loud noises or activities – this includes noises from pets and children
• No more than 2 vehicles without prior written permission.
• No activities that cause strong, lingering and/or lasting smells in the home
• No events: Events are any occasion that involves people or pets not specifically named in this agreement to come on to the property, any more than three people not included in this agreement visiting the home, or any number of people visiting the home for more than 6 hours. Events include, but are not limited to, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, dinner parties, wine tastings, business meetings, cook-outs, having friends over to watch a sporting event or meeting at the home prior to or after going out.
