Entering our quiet neighborhood, the drive is pleasant and only minutes from our circle driveway where you will have many options to park.
As you make your way to the front door, note this home is unique and located to the side of the house where you step into an enclosed add-on. Equipped with a seating area with a glass pub table, a sofa with the option of a pull-out bed, and the first bathroom which has been beautifully remodeled, this is just the start.
Continuing through the main door, the home offers spacious open-concept living where large glass sliders seamlessly connect the indoors with our stunning screened porch. The living room features a 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming options, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area offers a cozy spot to enjoy them. However, the highlight of this home is the expansive screened porch, complete with an outdoor TV, ample seating plus a dining table, a bar, and a mini-fridge.
