The 4th bed is the most incredibly comfortable King size custom sleeper sofa in living area! Luxury Hygro cotton towels. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need: all appliances, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, mixer, blender, and crockpot to cook and entertain. LARGE deck and BIG, new hot tub! Detached garage will fit a Full size SUV + bikes or gear! Park one additional car outside garage. Whole home humidifier. Fans, CHARGING STATIONS w/ plugs & USB port in bedrooms. We have a pack and play and baby gate, so parents can pack less!
