Summary: Extremely clean throughout, comfortable furniture & beds. Large fenced back yard, nice breeze on back patio & enjoyed the different birds. We saw a night launch of Space X Falcon rocket from back yard which was amazing. Quiet residential neighborhood, close to Cocoa Beach & Space Center, lots of dining options nearby. We did not see any ants or bugs, yard was flea-free; we read a previous review about this. Only negative was low water pressure in bathroom, sad thin towels, rusty trash cans. Overall this was a great value & would stay again in the future. Nice hosts who responded quickly to questions. Thank you for your hospitality!
