It's two blocks from Stetson University Law School, 8 min walk. Drive to Gulfport water front and the best beaches in the country in 10 minutes. Fabulous downtown St. Petersburg with all of its art and culture and the hip Edge District is also 10 minutes away. The scenic Pinellas bike trail is literally in our backyard.
