Summary: Hotel was beautiful and bed was comfortable however the man at check-in was absolutely rude. It was late when we checked in so doors were locked and lobby lights were turned off. Eventually doors were unlocked and we walked in and he did not want to turn the lobby lights on even when I couldn’t find my credit card. We told him several times we couldn’t see and it wasn’t until I couldn’t provide the credit card that he finally turned on the lights and continued to be very rude. Handed us the door cards and said our room was down the hall but didn’t show us which way. It was our first time here and we loved the hotel but not the service we were provided. The morning clerk was very nice and polite and we mentioned the problem to her. She said she would look into it.
