This stunning five bedroom home is located on the much sought after Legacy Park development and is only 10 minutes from the Disney attractions. Spacious and bright all-over, this villa has plenty to offer a large family or two families travelling together. There is a master bedroom downstairs, a large, comfortable lounge with flatscreen TV, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and separate breakfast bar seating. A formal seating/dining area at the front provides space away from the television should anyone wish for some quiet reading time. Upstairs there is a loft gaming area with comfortable sectional seating, large flatscreen TV, Playstation gaming console and two gaming chairs. There are four further bedrooms; the large master with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom, a double room, two further twin rooms and a family bathroom. The garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table, air hockey table and foosball game.
Outside there is a fully screened in pool and jacuzzi with generous sunbathing deck. There is a shaded lanai area with patio table perfect for enjoying Florida sunsets and eating outside, sun loungers for topping up the tan and the pool is crystal clear. All this overlooks a wide expanse of grass leading to lush conservation. Florida's wildlife is diverse and might see owls, ospreys, hawks, eagles and all sorts of smaller song birds. Wading birds prowl the edge of the creeks looking for tasty bugs and lizards and there are plenty of other native species for you to keep an eye out for.
