The home accommodates 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 8 beds. Downstairs includes a kids’ bedroom and a shared bathroom, along with a master bedroom featuring a private master bathroom. Upstairs offers two additional bedrooms and another shared bathroom. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and essentials help create a comfortable stay.

The space includes a refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, and dishwasher, along with the cooking basics needed for simple meals. The large living area offers comfortable seating for movie nights or quiet breaks between adventures. A TV and theme room add entertainment options, while central air conditioning and central heating help keep the home at a comfortable temperature. In-unit laundry with a washer and dryer provides convenience for longer stays or families with little ones. Additional family amenities include a pack ’n play or travel crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and children’s books and toys.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
