You will be staying in the left side of our duplex which was JUST renovated top to bottom. You will enjoy a family room with HDTV, sofa bed, and a pub-style table. The bedroom welcomes you with a queen bed, 2nd HDTV, closet, and dresser! The brand new kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker (with coffee and cream), and full-sized refrigerator. Everything in this home is brand new and ready for your comfort including a washer/dryer.
A separate tenant stays on the right side, we do ask that you do not bother them and please respect their privacy. Water and coffee are always provided along with all the essentials you might need for short or long-term stays! The full-time tenant uses the driveway on the right side of the home, the driveway on the left side of the home belongs to our neighbors. We ask that you please park in front of the home on the street.
I am always available through the Airbnb app with an extremely high response rate! I do my best to respond immediately depending on my current availability.
Buona Cafe is a great coffee shop just 1.2 miles away off Central Ave. Directly across the street from the coffee shop is Southbound Smokehouse, one of my favorite BBQ joints, and I love BBQ! We are convenient to Augusta National which is just 4.1 miles away. The medical schools are nearby along with the VA hospital which is easily within walking distance just a couple of blocks away.
Uber is always available and the bus line runs nearby as well.
