House Rules:

- No smoking on the premises inside or outside.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties. Noise alert devices are in use at this property.
- Please do not pull the blinds to avoid damage. There are remotes for ease of use.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. Please do not tamper with them.
- Please ensure that the fence gate remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised water feature (swimming pool/hot tub) on the premises.
- There is a BBQ grill in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
Pool / Hot Tub Rules:
- The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100/night. Please notify us 24 in advance if you want it heated during your stay.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Please rinse off before entry.
- No glass or food is allowed in the pool or pool area. *Additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area.
- Please note that the pool is serviced every Thursday.
Pool Lounge/Bed:
- When not in use, please cover the pool bed with the provided cover and ensure the drawstring on the back corner is cinched tightly for security. Fasten the awning on both sides when not in use to prevent potential damage from wind or rain.
- Additional charges will apply for any damage incurred.
Please note that the pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F. If the temperature drops below 35°F, we will be unable to turn the heater on, as it cannot function effectively at that level.
Sauna Rules:
- Use the sauna at your own discretion.
- Use 2 towels during your sauna session
- Sauna (and property) use is for registered guests only.
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication may cause unconsciousness.
- No glass, alcohol, or smoking in the sauna ($500 fee).
- No food or beverages other than water ($500 fee). Other items can stain the surfaces.
- No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the sauna without adult supervision.
- Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.
- Turn off the sauna upon exiting ($500 fee if left on).
- Do not cover the heater—this causes a fire hazard.
- Never make steam by using a water hose.
- No use of sauna fragrances and oils permitted.
- Sauna doors should always open outward.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
