3 Bedroom House in Sanibel
Welcome to Shorewood of Sanibel unit 1C. Our first floor vacation rental condominium is a three bedroom/two bathroom fully equipped condominium with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds and a full bed in the first guest bedroom and a full bed in the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and seating including a fold out futon with the guest bathroom off the kitchen area. Our condo also has a full kitchen, living area and screened lanai with gorgeous views out to the Gulf of Mexico. Lounge in style on our high end teak porch furniture. Being on the first level is unique as the lanai has a private spiral staircase leading to the ground level for easy access to the beach and pool. Shorewood of Sanibel does have a community pool and tennis court. We spent several months completely renovating our condo from top to bottom. All new flooring throughout, open kitchen design with granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Fresh paint and finishes as well as all new furnishings. We hope you love Shorewood 1C as much as we do!
