It’s located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood that close to everything including golf courses, shopping malls, nature parks, hospitals and beaches. Originally custom designed as a unique retirement home, this villa shines with its spacious floor plan, large windows, abundant natural light, and high ceilings. Retreat to the covered patio for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks under the sky as you observe the beautiful blue pool with no fear of mosquitos. Enjoy swimming in the pool in depths of 3-6 feet with multiple jacuzzi jets!
