Located within a 5 minute walk from the home is also the Daytona Diner, a surf shop, clothing shop, mystic shop, psychic shop, and a local bar with beachy vibes. A mini golf course and Dollar General store is only a 6 minute walk from the home.
Just an 8 minute walk from the home is a shopping complex that includes multiple bars, restaurants, and a Winn Dixie grocery store. Within a 11-12 minute from the home is the oceanfront Mango Sun Café as well as famous Trader's Restaurant and Tiki Lounge right on the ocean with a pool! Just a 7 minute drive from the home are Daytona's Waterpark, Daytona Lagoon as well as Ocean Walk and the Daytona Bandshell. You can't beat the location of Seaweed Sanctuary!
As you step into the home you’ll be greeted by a bright family room completed by relaxing furnishings, an office space, decorative only fireplace, and a flat-screen television. Adjacent to the family room is the kitchen that comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen is a dining area to serve up a family meal. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer add convenience during your stay.
Head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to take in the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round! You can fit the whole group in this over-sized pool and expansive surrounding, screened-in deck. The natural foliage around the pool provides shade on part of the pool during most of the day, but there's plenty of spots that stay sunny all day long as well. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated but does contain a hot tub. A grill and plenty of shaded, outdoor seating make this backyard the perfect outdoor gathering spot. After a long day of fun in the sun, soak your muscles in the bubbling hot tub.
Heading back into the house you'll find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms offering you a peaceful reprieve after a day of fun in the sun. All bedrooms, except for one bedroom, include a mounted television. The primary bedroom has spacious accommodations boasting a king bed with an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest and second guest bedrooms each hold a queen bed. Between the two guest bedrooms is a full bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo. This tub is unique in that is a full-size garden tub but also has a flexible shower head to easily use it as a shower.
Please note, there are 4 parking spaces available in the driveway for this home and vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the street. The garage is not available for guest use. Trailers and recreational vehicles cannot be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. There is one exterior security camera facing outward on the front entrance of the home. This home is located on a drivable portion of the beach so you can drive your vehicle onto the beach instead of walking if you prefer, based on the tidal schedule.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
