Summary: The remodeled place is very good. There is an issue with road noise and that the building is shaped like a “c” with all the room doors facing the parking lot in classic motor Lodge style. The room was clean and smoke free. The service was efficient. There is a diner next-door that serves good food. Phillips Highway is a very busy roadway and the sound somewhat crept into the room. They’ve done a great job with the remodel and the price point was very attractive. I would stay there again.
