This is the perfect place for you!! 108 Sailmaker is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath oceanfront townhome style condo that is vacation living at its best. Beautiful views from the balcony and steps to the beach. The main floor includes a comfortable living room with new flat screen TV, new leather couches, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A laundry area, welcoming foyer, and a half bath complete the first floor. The upstairs includes a Master retreat with ocean views, a king bed, and an ensuite bath with large shower. The secondary bedroom has two beds, a queen and a twin, and its own bath with a shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms have large closets and new flat screen TVs as well. The gated community includes an inviting pool, plenty of parking, and has 24-hr patrol. We are very close to the Ritz Carlton, about a half-mile walk.
