Welcome to our 4 bedroom 2 bath home. We sleep 15 in real beds with new mattresses. We have wifi, beautiful kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a ping pong table, We are a short drive to Atlanta and Six Flags. 3 miles from interstate 20, 5 minutes from all chain restaurants. There is a grocery store 3 min from the home. We are in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is on a concrete slab. (No steps in the house) There is 2 full bathrooms. (The master bath has a large garden tub)

Bedroom #2: 1 King, 1 Twin
Bedroom#3: 2 Twins
Bedroom #4: 1 King, 3 Twins
Pets must be approved and Pet fee paid before arriving.
The floors are new - The kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, bathroom vanities, mattresses and linens are all brand new. No outside music after 9pm
Also - in the gameroom we do have one of the walls painted with chalkboard paint. The kids can write, draw and have a good time.
Your max number of people on property is 16.
This number includes people staying, friends visiting, family visiting, kids and people stopping by to say hi for 5 min. 16 is your number. They must all be listed on your guest list.
