Everything is in walking distance with Kuhio to one end of the block and the scenery of Ala Wai at the other. A quiet, respectful building primarily comprised of adult residents. Newly renovated shower, flooring and electrical, but has the original 1955 charm.
While technically a studio apartment it definitely feels like a 1 bedroom. Steps and floor-to-ceiling shelves separate the living space and bedroom from the kitchen and dining area, storage and bathroom. The space has plenty of natural light and lots of storage! 3 large closets and 2 shelves in addition to the built-in floor-to-ceiling shelving.
