Relax and unwind in the spacious living room with comfortable lounge furniture and enjoy a show or movie on the Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy meals during your stay including counter seating for dining. Convenient access from the living room to the private patio space for guests to enjoy the scenic view outside for relaxation.The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with ample amount of storage, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two guest bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds. The beautifully upgraded guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and a dual vanity with plenty of counter space. Other features of the home include air conditioning, WiFi, a washer/dryer, and an attached one-car garage with driveway parking for one vehicle. The rental is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including household supplies, linens, and towels. One dog is allowed with Landlord’s approval and additional pet deposit. Reservations longer than 30 nights will be required to sign a Lease Agreement to finalize the reservation. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
