Welcome to our enchanting lakefront getaway. We cherishes the magic of Disney, and furnished this house to share our Disney passion. Our decor is largely retired Disney furniture and props, so if you're not a fan, this may not be choice for you.
We boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 7 beds. We strive to enhance our space constantly. We are committed to ensuring a stress-free stay
The area:
1 hour away from the bustling MCO airport & Disney, or explore the enchantment of Daytona Beach just 45 minutes away. The Sanford airport is about 15 minutes away.
Utilities:
WiFi is provided through our account at Spectrum. We will note that the electric and internet are probably 99% reliable but we are notified of times there are power and internet outages. These are unfortunately not something we can control.
The space:
We have a 24" Smart TV's in each bedroom, we have a 55" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the social/kitchen area with an external Roku. We have a dedicated work desk in the master bedroom and in the common area with USB and power connections. Guest logins to be used for smart TV access to services like Netflix and Amazon. We do not provide cable TV. We do our best to provide a well-equipped kitchen. We have a Kureig, full oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and an assortment of pots, pans, and baking dishes and utensils.
Guest access:
All space is accessible except the garage. The garage can be made accessible on a case by case basis i.e. if you are traveling by motorcycle and need to keep it inside. Please contact us in advance so discuss. We cannot make the garage available for last-minute bookings.
Other things to note
If you are looking to book a short stay and are traveling alone, please contact us. If the mess is nominal and we don't have much to do to prepare the house for the next guest we will work with you on the cleaning fee.
11 guests can be accommodated with an air mattress on site.
Welcome to Central Florida. This is the land of bugs, snakes, turtles, sand cranes, and frequent rain.
We do our best to control these crawling and flying things. This means, we spray monthly for pests.
Due to frequent rain, our grass crew sometimes has to cut grass between rain showers and while we try and schedule between guests, it doesn’t always happen. We also have a dehumidifier in the living room that runs 24/7 to keep the humidity below 55% inside. It is important it is left plugged in and not tampered with to control condensation.
Security Cameras:
We have cameras on the exterior of the property capturing views of the two side yards, rear yard, front door, and driveway. These cameras record on motion 24x7.
