Gorgeous, former Model unit overlooking Anna Maria Sound and the Intracoastal Waterway has a nearly unobstructed view of the beautiful coastline and wildlife. The ever changing view is with you all day to the evening when you will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. The colors are astounding!
The Master en-suite has a king size bed and a lovely view of the Anna Maria Sound and Intracoastal Waterway, a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The second master en-suite has a queen size bed with private bath, tub and shower. The third bedroom has twin beds.
This condo comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker. Also features blow dryers in each bathroom, many beach towels, bath towels, and all the linens a family should need. Also, included is a pac n play.

This fabulous unit has an open and split floor plan pefect for entertaining family and friends.
