The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL. The condo sleeps 6, with a king size in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The property features a large heated Outdoor Pool, hot tub with view of the ocean and resort, Sauna, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, on-site Restaurant, sports courts, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Free Parking, and Complimentary Wireless Internet. The resort also boasts direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or surfing. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.
Guests have access to all resort facilities. You will need to pick up a band with the room key from the front desk when you check in to access all facilities.
The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the 2BR Oceanview units for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. High floors are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Floors 3 through 7 have an excellent ocean view. Floor requests are only taken in person during the 10am pre-registration, please do not arrive earlier than 10 am on the day of your arrival. Check-in is at 4 pm (Please note, the front desk staff will start the pre-registration process at 10am and you must be present to place requests). If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.
NOTE: When you check in at the front desk, the resort will ask for a credit card to hold a $100 deposit. This amount will be returned to your credit card when you check out provided there are no damages lost items from the unit.
