Decorated in tasteful, yet cozy, beachy decor that will inspire you to start relaxing right away. Located in a desirable, quiet neighborhood with gated access to the property. This is a second floor unit that provides a partial pool/ocean view from the private balcony. Please note, there is no elevator.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom with an extra thick mattress with cooling memory gel. Also a queen size pull out sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress in the living room.
Enjoy the large walk-in shower with rain shower head and handheld shower wand. A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and wifi provide the comforts of home. Both the living room and bedroom have televisions with cable/streaming options. There are books to read and games to play! Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash are supplied, as well as, a "starter pack" of kitchen/laundry supplies, coffee,tea, etc. Both, a drip coffee and a Keurig (pod) coffee machines are provided! Beachside Bungalow is just steps to the pool and hot tub! A few more steps bring you to the private beach access! No need to pack the car, drive, and pay for beach parking. Beach chairs, blanket, umbrella, small cooler, towels, boogie board, sand toys, and pool noodles are all here for your use. Carry it all in the provided beach cart. Two beach cruiser bikes (with baskets and lock, however we do not provide helmets) and some fishing gear also! (FL requires a fishing license - available online or in area sporting stores).
Perfect location to watch the rocket launches up close right from the beach! Visit Kennedy Space Center! Minutes to the port to board your cruise ship! Bike ride to the famous Cocoa Beach pier! One hour to Orlando theme parks! Surfing, kite boarding, boating, shopping, fishing, there is so much to do everyday. Or.....take a nap on the beach!
