Experience the best the Low Country has to offer in our historic 2,300 sq ft home. Located just a short walk from Beaufort’s thriving waterfront and lively downtown, our newly renovated and thoughtfully appointed home is filled with natural light and is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.
Conveniently nestled between the vibrant cities of Charleston and Savannah, you have incredible history, beaches, golfing, shopping, delicious dining, and so much more right at your fingertips.
Welcome to your beautiful home away from home in charming Beaufort, South Carolina! Our home was originally built in the 1880s and was lovingly restored and renovated in 2022 to truly elevate and embody historic southern charm.
First floor:
- Spacious living room with double couches, a 60 inch smart TV, games, books, and plenty of space to relax and unwind
- Modern fully renovated chef's kitchen with large island, gas range, and open concept to a dining room fit for a magazine (our kitchen includes everything you could need during your stay including a drip coffee pot, Keurig, start up coffee supplies, tea & tea kettle, blender, dinnerware, serveware, bakeware, etc.)
- Sunroom with a cozy lounger and lots of natural light
- Half bath
Second Floor:
- Primary bedroom with king size bed, 60 inch smart TV, luxury ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower, and attached laundry room with complimentary washer and dryer
- Bedroom with queen size poster bed
- Bedroom with queen size bed and reading chair
- An additional full bathrooms with full size tub and shower
Outside:
- Front porch with classic southern swing
- Small fenced in space in the back of the house
- Driveway with capacity to park 2-3 vehicles
We also offer a complimentary beach pass with access to South Carolina beaches and state parks. This includes free admission to the historic lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park and the historic Atalaya castle at Huntington Beach State Park.
The entire space is included in this rental with the exception of one owner's closet and detached storage unit in the back of the home.
Please be advised, we do also share part of our driveway with the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League Non Profit Organization, which is a very small, kind hearted and welcoming organization.
We are located about 0.4 miles to Beaufort's beautiful Waterfront Park. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island Beach which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. (ask us about our complimentary SC state beach pass!). We are 45 minutes from Hilton Head, 1 hour from Savannah, 1.5 hours from Charleston and about 9 miles/15 minutes from MCRD Parris Island.
Reminder we do also share part of our driveway with the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League Non Profit Organization, which is a very small, kind hearted and welcoming organization.
Taxi service and Ubers are available, but having a personal vehicle is highly recommended if you wish to see all the attractions that the area has to offer!
Furry Friends:
We absolutely adore dogs and would love to welcome yours, however we have had some issues with furry friends not treating our home with respect, so unfortunately we have had to update our pet policy.
Pet Policy:
We must be notified prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup. Owners are responsible for picking up all waste and alerting us if there have been any accidents inside, so that we can resolve properly. Absolute maximum is 1 pet per stay. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit. Additionally, there is a $125 non refundable pet fee per stay. This does not cover any potential damages caused by pets. Please let us know if anything happens during your stay and we will work with you to resolve it. We appreciate your respect and understanding!
We like to remind all our guests that our house is located near downtown, so while surrounding downtown noise is minimized at night, there is a possibility of hearing hustle and bustle during the day.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
