Positive: Plenty of room for 20 people, close to clubhouse and pool, 15 miles(40 min drive) to universal/disney! All kitchen supplies you could ever need for cooking, ps5, arcade games, puzzles, board games, dress up clothes for the little kids, pool/hot tub, outdoor grill, tons on LED lights all over the house, a TV for every bed
