- Perfectly located on a private and gated Island community, less than 10 minutes driving to the beach and 20 minutes driving to the best Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.

For your comfort we provide the following:
- The Villa is fully furnished and completely equipped with linens and towels.
- Welcome amenity provided: bottle of wine, shower gel, original nespresso capsules for your fist day.
- We meet you upon arrival and departure to give you a tour of the villa and give you a maximum of explanation to make your stay more enjoyable.

- HBO, Movieplex, Epix, Sports Channels and more, in every bedroom and living room.
- 6 TVs total. 82" TV in the living room. - All TVs are smart TVs with access to netflix and prime videos.
- One crib available upon request.
- Wired internet available for business meetings.
- The pool company comes once a week, normally on Wednesdays and most likely mid day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks.
- Additional housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. Stays more than 7 days will require one additional cleaning per week to maintain the quality of the villa.

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or band are allowed on property. No other device than Sonos should be used to play music. The villa has been equipped with a noise aware and the property manager will be alerted if the volume is excessive.

- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park.
