Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 1 car at the property in the designated parking spot. NO parking on driveway or in any other spot, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. NO street parking. MAX 1 CAR AT ALL TIMES.
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a queen-size sleeper sofa.
• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
• This apartment unit is within a property that has other units. The balcony terrace, patio, and grill area are shared with the rest of the units/guests.
