This beautiful home and area is the perfect balance between quiet country lake living and convenient city attractions and necessities.
Onsite amenities include a full commercial grade fitness center, 6-8 person Jacuzzi hot tub, cold plunge tub, outdoor fire pit, 1500 sqft Pavestone patio, gourmet chef style kitchen with a loaded and fully stocked Butler’s Pantry, wood-fired brick oven and multiple covered and uncovered outdoor areas for fun or relaxation.
This resort style home is great for families, church retreats, business meetings and for entertaining small, medium and large groups. This property is exceptionally outfitted with so many helpful extras. Guests will appreciate having inside the home two Viking 6-burner induction cooktops, two massive indoor KitchenAid refrigerators, a KitchenAid wine/beer fridge, commercial flake ice machine, an additional KitchenAid island two drawer pull-out refrigerator and three outdoor refrigerators. In addition, on-site guests will love having two KitchenAid dishwashers, two KitchenAid convection ovens, a KitchenAid warming drawer and two KitchenAid microwaves with convection cooking capabilities. This incredible retreat even has two large capacity LG washers and two large capacity LG dryers to accommodate large groups beyond just sleeping. No doubt, the popcorn machine, ice cream maker, malt/shake station, juicer/smoothie and coffee/espresso bars will become daily essentials.
All this fun and family time will create large appetites so this luxury retreat has many outdoor cooking options too. A Traeger smoker and the electric drum smoker, along with the propane powered Blackstone commercial mobile griddle and wok are nice and easy to use, and ideal for making large quantities of great food quickly. Several different sized charcoal grills are also available, along with a large seasoned stick burner pit smoker (Apple, Cherry, Hickory, Oak & Mesquite woods are available in a convenient covered wood rack) for the more adventurous. Additionally, guests will find three kayaks, 3 paddle boards, six mountain bikes (kids and adult sized bikes & helmets too) and a tandem bike for touring the neighborhood. Outside games consist of cornhole, badminton, water volleyball and several other fun interactive games for outside. We have several fishing poles and a basic tackle box available for fishing Lake Palestine, one of Texas’ highest ranked fishing lakes. If interested, we also have a 23ft Avalon Catalina Tritoon boat and two Yamaha wave runners available for renting separately.
