Located in the Village of Largo, Bridgeport designer model. 2,200 sq ft three bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upon walking in you are greeted by double stain glass doors, that lead into a wide entry which welcomes you to a spacious living room with wood flooring. Front door equipped with double sliding screens for welcome cross breeze from rear French doors. To the right you will find 2 bedrooms with adjacent Jack and Jill bathroom. Separate part of home. One bedroom has a queen size bed, other has a full size bed. The living room has a 75”flat screen tv with cable and access to Amazon Prime and Netflix for your enjoyment. The leather sectional sofa is equipped with a recliner on both ends of the couch for a relaxing evening of watching TV. From the living room you will find French doors leading to enclosed lanai with Sliders and Screens for relaxing in the winter or summer months. Small patio outside with propane BQ. From the living room you will find double doors that welcome you into a spacious Elegant Master bedroom with flat screen TV, King size sleep number bed to set individual comfort levels for good night sleep. Adjacent you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and roman shower. No steps, into the shower also has built in bench in shower. Vanity equipped with makeup area with chair. Inside the bathroom you will find a large walk in closet that would be any woman's dream with built in cabinets and shoe storage.
My favorite spot of the house is the extremely large kitchen with so many cabinets, island in the middle and a large snack bar for entertaining. The kitchen is any cooks dream equipped with everything you would ever need. Appliances are upgraded stainless steel dish washer and gas stove and stainless refrigerator. In the kitchen is a nook, a desk for your laptop with cabinets & Wi Fi to connect you with the outside world. From the kitchen you will find laundry room with new appliances and laundry soap. Also a 1/2 bath is off the living room. The house is spacious and newly decorated..
Don' forget there is a beautiful 2019 gas golf cart fully equipped with rear bench. So you can explore all of the many activities and entertainment the Villages has to offer. Golf cart access road entry is one block away. The pool is only 3 min by golf cart and Becall rec center for tennis, pickleball, golf. There is a Doggie park 1 mile away for your pal. We did not forget about your doggie pals, we have a doggie bed and a dog crate if you wish to use.
**Guest passes come with the unit. They provide access to almost all The Villages amenities. A rental ID is available for $50.00 which allows renters to reserve tee times in advance and golf for free. (Minimal trail fees) Also if you want to attend water aerobics classes.. Highly recommend purchasing during winter season if you are a Avid golfer. Golf clubs are available male and female for you to enjoy.
