The yellow house on the hill is on nearly three acres of gorgeous lake front property. Whether you are staying to go see the Tigers Play at Clemson University, watch the leaves change color during your cozy mountain weekend, or enjoy the beauty of Lake Keowee on your summer vacation, this is the place to be. There are multiple places to enjoy the lake view. Take a seat on the front porch rocking chairs, head to the back with a grilling area, fire pit and Adirondack chairs, take a stroll down to the lake and sit on the huge deck overlooking the water or fall asleep in the hammock nestled beneath the trees. The private deepwater dock is perfect for boating and swimming. The cove offers both a big water view that stretches to the mountains and a cozy cove. Terrific bass, catfish, and bream abound along the shores. Several waterfalls along the shores are also a must to see. For your enjoyment, a canoe and 2 kayaks with life jackets and paddles are available. This 60 year old home and has lots of character and charm!
Location:
The Keowee Marina is right across the street from The Keowee Cottage. You can rent a boat or jet ski, put in your own at the landing, or grab a bite to eat or drink at the Tiki Hut. The store is stocked with all of your boating and fishing needs. Clemson’s Memorial Stadium is about a 10 minute drive just 7 miles away, ideal for Clemson weekends with family and friends. There is a grocery store and gas station just 1 mile down the road.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with a gas range, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. There are plenty of kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, utensils, cups and plates. The large windows facing the lake allow you to cook with a view. The dining table can easily seat 8 people and connects the kitchen to the living area.
The living room has a large smart TV, WIFI, and plenty of seating.
