This three-story retreat oozes personality and welcomes guests with a rustic Teddy Roosevelt-inspired charm complimented by modern comfort. Boasting 6 bedrooms (with king beds in all but 2) and 4.5 baths, there's no shortage of space, and each room has been meticulously furnished to makes guests feel like true VIPs on the shores of Lake Oconee.
Surprises are, quite literally, around every corner, and they start with the first steps into the foyer. To the right, the dining enclave has been delightfully repurposed to host a pool table, electronic dartboard, and details that evoke an old world saloon, complete with a mounted bear hide and Americana decor.
The adjoining great room commands no less attention and immediately draws gazes to the massive lake-facing windows highlighted by a wall-mounted canoe that hearkens to days of fireflies and summer camp. The remaining walls are all accented by shoulder mounts of various deer species, including a moose! An oversized sectional and a solid wood coffee table make a cozy spot for movie night on the flatscreen TV. To accommodate various viewing preferences, each of the six bedrooms is furnished with a flatscreen TV.

A propane grill is located on the side deck just a few feet away. Down the hallway is a guest half bath and a laundry room with a full-size front load washer and dryer set. For those who need a quiet corner for remote work, an office area is at the end of the hallway and provides a wrap-around desk and office chair.
